Once your order has left our building, you’ll receive a shipment e-mail from us containing a tracking code that you can use to locate your items until they arrive at your door. Your order will be shipped out with PostNL. Due to global COVID-19 measures, shipments may be delayed. Shipping period after receiving your e-mail containing the tracking code:

Within the Netherlands: 1 to 3 working days

European orders: 3 to 10 working days

Intercontinental orders: 5 to 15 working days


Taxes & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.



If you want to return your item(s) please contact us (Dutch or English) within 14 days after receiving your item(s) with your order number and reason, and we will get back to you soon. We will offer a complete refund of the item(s) if the item(s) are returned in perfect and unworn condition and original packing. Shipping costs will not be refunded.


How can I return my order?

When your return request has been authorised, we will contact you via e-mail with the return address and further details. To secure the arrival of your return, we always recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your item(s).


What are the costs to return my item(s)?

Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by our customer service. Please check with your local post office for prices.


When do I get my refund?

After we received your return, within 2-10 working days your refund will be made on the same account you paid the order with.


What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

If your item is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us within 72 hours from the date of receipt. Please send us a photo of the damaged item. We will get back to you within 1-5 working days.
